It is a matter of immense pleasure for us to inform you that we are organizing our 11th Inter-College Competition ‘Kalanjlai-2020 on 6th February 2020 in the memory of SHRI JAI SINGH GAHLOT, Founder Chairman of the College.
We would be grateful if you kindly send a team of students to participate in Kalanjali-2020.
The names of participants may kindly be communicated to us latest by 31-01-2020.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS:-
1. Registration will start by 09:00 a.m. up to 10:00 am.
2. A bonafide student of any college can participate in the competition.
3. A student cannot participate in more than one event.
4. Prepared items will be the property of the host college.
5. The previous winner college has to return the RUNNING TROPHY on or before 31-01-2020.
6. All the participants must adhere to the timings. No additional time will be provided.
7. The Judges decision shall be final in all categories.
8. College code will be given to all the participants at the time of registration.
9. Code given to your college must be displayed on item / activity.
10. Participant’s name and name of their institution should not be displayed in any manner.
11. All the participants have to bring their own material for the events.
12. All the participants must carry their college I-cards.
13. Allied Institution CPSM College of Education will participate in Competition but shall not claim Running Trophy.
14. Proper decorum has to be maintained by all the participants.
15. Participants must bring their music track in CD /Pen Drive and it must be handed over to the organizer before time.
16. Item should be according to the allotted theme.

1. RANGOLI
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. Theme of Rangoli is ‘Sanskritik Tyohar’.
3. The participant is required to bring his/her own material as per need.
4. Duration for RANGOLI making will be 2 hours.
5. Size of RANGOLI will be 2’ x 2’ ( feet)
2. Bottle Decoration
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. Theme of the Bottle Decoration is ‘Kalakriti’.
3. The participant is required to bring his/her own material as per need.
4. Duration for Bottle Decoration will be 2 hours.
5. Glass Bottle should be used.
6. Size of the bottle is appox. 15inches.
3. Folk Haryanvi Solo Song
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant.
2. Boy/Girl both can participate.
3. Theme of the solo song is ‘Geeta ka Bulawa’.
4. Participant is required to bring his/her own material as per need.
5. Time Limit is 5 to 7 minutes..
6. Bollywood songs is not allowed.
04. Mirror Decoration
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. Theme of Mirror decoration is ‘Shringar’.
3. The participant is required to bring his/her own material as per need.
4. Duration for decoration will be 2 hours.
5. Size of the mirror is appox.15 inches(Any shape).
5. Newspaper Dressing
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A team consists of 2 members, one as participant and 1 for model dress.
2. Boy/Girl both can participate.
3. Theme of Newspaper Dressing is ‘SabhyaSanchi’.
4. Time duration will be 2 hours.
5. Dress must be 100% newspaper material.
6. Chalk Piece Curving
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. Time duration will be 2 hours.
3. The theme of Chalk piece curving is ‘Vicharankan’.
4. Content is of your choice
5. You can draw or write or both.
7. POWER POINT PRESENTATION (PPT)
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. The time limit is 7 to 10 minutes to present PPT.
3.The theme of P.P.T Presentation is ‘Education as an Art’.
4. First warning bell would ring after 7 minutes and final bell at the completion of 10 minutes.
5. The participant can express his/her views either in Hindi or English.
8. Poster Making
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. The theme of Poster making is Beti…. Ek Vardaan.
3. Size of the chart is 24x30 inches (Standard chart size).
4. The participant is required to bring his/her own material as per need.
5. Duration for Poster Making will be 2 hours.
9. Dance Moves Act
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.+
2. The theme of dance act is ‘Samajik Mudda’.
3. Pendrive should be handed over to the organizer before time.

1. A college can send one team (3 Max.) only.
2. Time limit is 5 to 7 minutes.
3. The theme of Advertisement Act is ‘Ulta Pulta Ishtehar’.
4. The participant is required to bring his/her own material as per need.
5. Boys/Girls can participate
11.Poem Recitation
TIME: 10:00 A.M.
1. A college can send one participant only.
2. Time limit is 3 to 5 minutes.
3. The theme of Poem is ‘Desh Bhakti’.
4. Medium of the Poem is Hindi.
